Going off of my last blog post, I can’t stress enough how important it is to think positively about yourself. Feeling confident and having self-love will make you all the more successful in every area of life. With confidence comes feelings of courage and willpower. You will feel like you could take on any obstacle that is thrown your way.
To help you get into the habit of valuing yourself and thinking on the bright side, you should tell yourself these things every day. Embrace these statements especially on days where you are feeling a lack of faith in yourself and what you can offer the world.
- I am wise.
- I am brave.
- I am happy.
- I am enough.
- I am fearless.
- I am worth it.
- I love my life.
- I am confident.
- I am in control.
- I am empowered.
- I am valued by many.
- I appreciate all I have.
- I am loved and adored.
- I can achieve greatness.
- I am a beautiful person.
- I deserve to be successful.
- I am the architect of my life.
- I love myself unconditionally.
- I forgive myself for my faults.
- I accept who I am, inside and out.
- I can do anything I set my mind to.
- I am strong, I can get through anything.
- I believe in myself, my goals and dreams.
- I have solutions to any problems I may have.
- I am proud of myself and my accomplishments.
Believe that you are on this earth for a reason and can instill change in the world, whether big or small. Choose to never live a day feeling like you didn’t accomplish enough, always be proactive. Even just waking up and getting out of bed feeling like you are ready to tackle the day is an accomplishment in itself. Not every day needs to be an epic event, sometimes you’ll find fulfillment in the simplicity of daily existence. But always keep in mind that there is opportunity to achieve something greater another day. Never feel like small accomplishments weren’t enough.
An important takeaway: Having a healthy mindset and believing in yourself makes you all the more unstoppable.
Take advantage of being given the gift of life and be thankful for your blessings.
